The\u00a0<strong>Winner\u2019s bursary of \u20ac5,000<\/strong>\u00a0(Five Thousand Euros) is one of the largest classical music awards in Ireland and has been a jewel in Ireland\u2019s classical cultural crown for many years. From the outset, exceptional and highly talented young musicians have performed each year to invited audiences in a bid to win this award.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Past winners have used their bursary to attend many of the world\u2019s most prominent music Academies such as Royal College of Music in\u00a0<strong>London<\/strong>, Shenandoah University,\u00a0<strong>Virginia, U.S.A.<\/strong>, Conservatoire Nationale Superieur de Musique et de Danse\u00a0<strong>Paris<\/strong>, Kronberg Academy\u00a0<strong>Germany<\/strong>, Meadows School of the Arts,\u00a0<strong>Dallas, Texas<\/strong>, RAM London to name but a few.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017 Frank Maher Classical Music Awards Launch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Former winner now a multiple award-winning concert pianist\u00a0<b>Maire Carroll<\/b>\u00a0was at the launch of Top Security\u2019s Frank Maher Classical Music Awards for 2017.
